I think this study is true, i think everyone should eat breakfast. My theory for not eating breakfast is this; if you don't eat breakfast then you get really hungry and then when you do eat rather its launch or what ever you eat twice the meal cause all you can think about is eating getting full so you ain't staving to death. Trust me i know for an experience i use to be smaller than what i am and when i didn't eat breakfast i would be so hungry an when i finally ate lunch i would over eat so, now i am trying to lose my weight back never again will i skip breakfast.
