To be honest i really don't get what the quote mean by that, my mom lets me drive her truck all the time i really don't see the problem.I don't have a problem with driving i drive perfetly until i get nervous than i am out of control. However, for some parents that may apply to with their teenage kids, i would not let them drive my vehicle. I know a freind who's parents let them drive their car and they ran over a speed limit sign and now every time i past the place where he ran over the speed limit sign the speed limit went down some. The speed was like 25 and now it's like 15.
